Captivating 3D Production

THE CHALLENGE
In the world of blockchain gaming and NFT collections, Meka Prime faced the challenge of standing out and creating a unique gaming experience on the Solana blockchain. The project aimed to combine the elements of an MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game) with player-versus-environment (PVE) battles and player-versus-player (PVP) combat. The challenge was to design a captivating NFT collection and a gaming ecosystem that would attract players, engage them, and ensure long-term retention.

The Solution

To address this challenge, the Shape team embarked on a comprehensive solution that involved three key components:

Original Meka Prime Design
The team initiated the concept development stage by creating 100% original designs for three types of distinct Meka Primes: Mekarilla, Mekazee, and Mekatan. Each Meka Prime was designed to allow players to accessorize them with a variety of weapons, defense mechanisms, and upgrades. This customization aspect was crucial in making the Meka Primes unique and personal to each player.

AAA QUALITY ASSET PRODUCTION
‍The next step was to bring these designs to life with top-tier production. The team meticulously crafted AAA quality assets for each Meka Prime in seven distinct styles. These assets were not only visually stunning but also real-time ready, ensuring they could seamlessly integrate into various video game environments. This exceptional level of quality is what sets Meka Prime apart from other 2D NFT collections in the market.

CREATION OF MEKASTONES
In addition to the Meka Primes, the team developed four different types of Mekastones, which served as the energy source to power these formidable bots. The Mekastones underwent a comprehensive process, from concept art and 3D production to post-production rendering. This attention to detail ensured that the Mekastones not only looked stunning but also played a pivotal role in the gameplay mechanics, enhancing the overall gaming experience.
